a new year

it is another new year,and new resolutions for some,but what about the old ones.i wish all those who rule the world make some real good resolutions for a change and try real hard to fullfill them.It is a mess out there which has to be cleaned or no garbage bin no matter how huge it is will be able to hold it. i would like to be positive. because that is the key to survival but pessimism seems to be the order of this new year. any optimists around>?
